The new smartphones with AI let you recreate photos with exceptional clarity
Chengdu: Leading smart-device provider Honor on Monday unveiled the HONOR 200 and 200 Pro smartphones in China.
At an event in a packed Phoenix Hill Sports Park in Chengdu, HONOR CEO George Zhao launched smartphones that use AI for various uses, including to recreate pictures with amazing clarity.
Working with Harcourt Studios in Paris, a studio known for taking photographs of celebrities, HONOR has focused on perfecting portraits to capture memorable moments.
Focus on portraits
It does this with the help of three rear studio level portrait cameras – a 50MP portrait main camera, 50MP telephoto camera and a 12MP ultrawide and macro camera. In the front is a 50MP portrait selfie camera.
The results are stunning with professional Harcourt portrait modes – vibrant, colour and classic.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 mobile processor and is operated by AI-powered MagicOS 8.0, based on Android 14.
With a 6.78-inch AMOLED quad-curved floating display, and a natural artistic design, the phone feels extremely light at 199 grams.
The battery and charging capabilities are designed to ensure that you don’t have to worry about power running out.
The HONOR 200 Pro has a 5200mAH silicon-carbon battery that is supported by 100W wired, 66W wireless and reverse charging.
It comes with a memory of 12GB+512GB.
