Emirates NBD evaluating IPO options for NI
Emirates NBD hold a 51 per cent stake in Network International
Dubai: Emirates NBD said on Monday it is evaluating various strategic options which may include an initial public offering of Network International (NI).
No decision has been made so far, the bank said in a statement posted on Dubai Financial Market’s website.
“If NI and its shareholders decide to proceed with any transaction, further announcement will be made in due course,” the bank added.
Emirates NBD holds a 51 per cent stake in Network International.
