Zoomlion International launches service tour

The company will dispatch 30 engineers and 9 service vehicles to visit customers

Zoomlion International Trade Company initiated its 2023 Zoomlion Global Service Tour —The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Station. This Zoomlion Global Service Tour activity will dispatch more than 30 professional engineers and 9 service vehicles to visit important customers in three key regions: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah

During the activity themed "More Than You Care", Zoomlion's professional service team will provide customers with free on-site services to ensure the best performance of the machines put into operation. The service team will not only overhaul and maintain the products, but also conduct in-depth face-to-face exchanges with customers to learn about their needs, listen to their voices, and thus provide them with comprehensive solutions to their problems.

Meanwhile, the service team will also continue to promote a variety of after-sales feedback channels to customers. Recently, Zoomlion has launched the "Zoomlink" service application overseas which is an intelligent device management application.

After downloading it and completing registration, customers can manage their equipment through mobile phones. Currently, this application features functions such as personnel management, self-service inquiries for repair, tracking of service progress, and evaluations. The newly launched "Zoomlink" notably caters to customers’ needs for timely equipment repair and digital management.

As a crucial hub of the Belt and Road, the UAE becomes one of Zoomlion's key overseas markets. Zoomlion Gulf FZE, registered and established in JAFZA, Dubai, in 2007, has now become a central platform integrating administration, warehousing, spare parts, service, and logistics, which aims to enhance Zoomlion's influence in the Middle East region. Meanwhile, as the first enterprise in China's construction machinery industry to build a spare parts center overseas, Zoomlion's first overseas spare parts center was settled in Zoomlion Gulf FZE in Dubai, providing local customers with high-quality product experience and after-sales service.
