VA Properties, RSG combine to bring Fairmont Skyline Residences in Dubai
VA Properties combine with RSG Group on super-luxury project
Dubai: Another luxury branded residences project has gotten underway in Dubai, with VA Properties and RSG Group launching the Fairmont Dubai Skyline Residences. Located in Al Sufouh area, it will feature 121 furnished residences, a half-floor ‘sky mansion’ and a ‘sky palace’ over an entire floor.
The sky palace starts at Dh50 million. The first 50 per cent of the property cost is due before project completion, with the remaining payable within the first three years after handover.
“This project will be the first of a series of developments we will be bringing to Dubai, located in popular and upcoming addresses,” said Junaid Ahmed, CEO of VA Properties. “We will be investing more than Dh5 billion towards setting new standards in the branded real estate landscape in UAE."
Residents will can access the services of the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts brand, including concierge, a spa salon, landscaped pools and fitness center.
