Sharjah's Alef on track for year-end completion for Al Mamsha

Dubai: The Sharjah-based developer Alef Group has confirmed that 70 per cent of construction on the first phase of its Al Mamsha project is complete. This features seven buildings, 693 apartments and 88 retail outlets, encompassing an area of 629,000 square feet. The project is expected to be delivered by year-end.

“We are closely monitoring the progress of the construction and using finest building materials under quality supervision,” said Issa Ataya, Managing Director. “To ensure everything aligns with our plans, the team at work are required to follow the required safety and precautionary measures as outlined by the Ministry of Health and Prevention.”
