Nicole Obarzanek shines at WATERBOMB 2024 DUBAI Festival

Nicole Obarzanek, known as ‘Dubai’s Rising Star,’ had crowds in Dubai jumping up and down as she performed on the massive stage at the world’s biggest K-Pop festival: WATERBOMB 2024 DUBAI Festival, according to a media release.

The festival took place on Friday, June 7th, and Saturday, June 8th, featuring some of the most famous names in EDM, K-pop, and more. International celebrity performers flew in from all over the world to perform at Dubai Festival City.

Nicole opened the show on Saturday, June 8th, with a bang, drawing crowds to the stage to listen to her perform four original songs from her soon-to-be-released first album. The stage was later shared by world-renowned performer DJ Snake, who played some of his biggest hits, including "Taki Taki," which has over 2.5 billion YouTube views.

At just 14 years old, Nicole Obarzanek takes her passion for performing very seriously, ensuring she’s ready for her guest appearances and performances at special events. This singer, dancer, and violinist is a full-time student, yet manages to dedicate over 15 hours of training a week to perfecting her craft. Her preparation for the WATERBOMB 2024 DUBAI Festival was no different. Under the guidance of her father, Peter Obarzanek—a serial entrepreneur, business investor in Dubai, and owner of a record label in Los Angeles—Nicole was provided with the best team for her performance.

From hours of studio recordings at the award-winning SoundStruck Studios and FIVE Hotel Music Studio, to her stage performance with hair and make-up, performance costumes, and special appearances by DJ PAC and Dubai’s popular MC MONEYPLUS, Nicole's team included professional dancer and choreographer Christopher Lawrence Trasmaño and his team of dancers: Natasha Nour Ali, Camila, Abril Díaz, Grecia Zuluaga, Jervy, Mia, and Mostafa Ahmed. Vocal coach Alina Liwo, owner of ALITI Productions & Talent Agency and ALITI GROUP LLC, also played a crucial role.

Nicole Obarzanek is becoming a well-known name in Dubai’s music scene, across Europe, and now the USA. As this young artist continues to rise and perform her original music at live performances, anticipation for the release of her upcoming album continues to grow. Her fans can expect a mix of dance party hits and pop ballads, with beats by producers like Robert M and surprise features by American and Emirati celebrity artists.
