One of them is weather-based recommendations on the website or app. For example, on rainy days, the personalization engine pushes fresh soups and in summer, it recommends fresh juices to customers. The suite even has a feature where retailers can make specific time of the day-based offers to customers like breakfast offers or lunch promotions. Another interesting feature is tailoring recommendations to customers based on their location. The retailer can make suggestions that the customer’s favorite brand of cereal is available at an outlet close by.
