Durar Group ropes in Christie's International Real Estate for Ras Al Khaimah project

Dubai: The developer Durar Group has tapped Christie's International Real Estate as exclusive sales partner for the Masa Residence project on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The project’s sales value is estimated at Dh700 million and looking to a completion date in Q2-2026.

The project features a design concept by Philippe Starck, co-founder of YOO Inspired by Starck. In all, there will be 396 apartment units and 8 villas.
