Dubai FM group EFS buys fire protection firm Guardian Safety
Guardian’s solutions extend to sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems
Dubai: The EFS Group has acquired Guardian to expand its services to fire protection systems.
“With the addition of Guardian, EFS has expanded its technical expertise to ensure sustainable service delivery to clientele in the critical field of fire protection and safety,” said Tariq Chauhan, Group CEO. “This will also facilitate our entry in fire safety in India as the country holds great potential for this business vertical.”
With this acquisition, EFS has a 95 per cent in-house capability for IFM services. Guardian’s solutions range from sprinkler systems, fire pumps and fire alarm systems as part of installation and maintenance contract services. These turnkey service offerings follow NFPA standards and Civil Defense requirements with around 400 clients in the UAE.
