Dubai Chamber and DAFZA ink deal for digital services

The coming together is part of Dubai's paperless transition



Dubai Chamber has extended its digital tie-ups through a new deal with Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Dubai: The Dubai Chamber has aligned with Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority (DAFZA) to connect their digital services.

“Our cooperation is a major step forward to contribute towards the Dubai Paperless Strategy,” said Hamad Buamim, President and CEO of Dubai Chamber. “The move strengthens our Smart Chamber approach, which has really resonated with our members as we have seen significant improvements in customer satisfaction due to shifting more of our services online.”

“The current situation surrounding COVID-19 has validated our efforts to invest in innovation and digital infrastructure over the years.”

According to Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni, Director-General of DAFZA, “DAFZA confirms the necessity of integrating service systems to improve and facilitate the experience of customers. These services focus on the satisfaction of customers and ensures a flexible environment backed with smart technology.”
