Dubai Ice Plant & Cold Store LLC was established in 1971. Abdul Sami Abdul Jalil is the General Manager at Dubai Ice, responsible for leading what is one of Dubai’s oldest ice factories.

In the last 50 years, Dubai Ice has continued to grow with the UAE hospitality scene to become a one-stop shop for all ice-related needs. The factory has been creating custom-designed, hand and machine-carved ice sculptures for over five decades. Ice Park in Zabeel Park was designed and created by Dubai Ice where from the walls to the floor and every element in the ice park was made from ice. This was one of the unique parks in Dubai.
