Dar Global inks new partnership with Aston Martin
Partnership will be Aston Martin’s first real estate collaboration in the GCC
Dar Global, the London-listed luxury international real estate developer, inked a new partnership with Aston Martin, which will see the British ultra-luxury car marker craft interiors for a beachfront residential development in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
To be officially unveiled in May, the new development will be situated on Al Marjan Island. It is the first time Aston Martin will collaborate with a real estate project in the GCC, building on brand collaborations in the US and Japan.
To be located near the Wynn Resort, the new residence, with interiors by Aston Martin, is accompanied by a private beach that gives way to walking tracks and green spaces.
With a GDV of approximately $250 million, the project is expected to be officially unveiled in May 2024 with construction due to be completed in 2028, in joint development with Aarvees Group.
