The new Dh500 bank note has designs that reflect the UAE’s leadership in sustainability

Dubai: Coinciding with the 52nd Union Day celebrations, the UAE Central Bank issued a new 500-dirham polymer banknote with designs that reflect the UAE’s leadership in sustainability.

The new banknote will be put into circulation starting Thursday, November 30, along with all paper and polymer banknotes currently in circulation.
