Are Jewish voters and donors still the key to the White House?

The short and simple answer is ‘NO’, but their tight hold on the American Congress will stay, nevertheless. In the olden days, before primaries were adopted to choose the party candidates, the party “bosses” chose the candidates and they provided them with money to run their campaigns.

The labour unions were the main donors for the Democrats and “big businesses” and Wall Street in New York City ruled by Jewish money provided finance to the chosen candidates from both the parties.

When candidates emulating John F. Kennedy, whose campaign was totally financed by his father, wanted to run and needed finances from outside their party bosses, the Zionist lobby’s net caught them and they became Israel’s slaves for life.

Traditionally, Jewish voters in America support liberal democrats and shy away from right-wing politicians of any kind.

When Likud came to power in the 1970s, the Jewish religious right in Israel formed an alliance with the Christian political right in America who formed the base for the Republican Party.

The Christian political right-wing voters in “the southern belt” used to be Democrats, but switched to the Republican fold in the 1960s, after the democrats passed the Civil Rights bills that gave the African-American community equal rights as white Americans held since the establishment of the American republic.

The irony in this switch is that the Republican Party of Abraham Lincoln was the party that had freed the slaves against the wishes of the Democratic Party that ruled the south at the time.

The Likud alliance with the Christian political right is a natural alliance because it is between two rather racist parties.

Likud, headed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, tried hard to oppose United States President Barack Obama’s agenda, but failed miserably.

The tension between Obama and Netanyahu never affected the huge American aid to Israel. On the contrary, it only increased.

Obama, when he ran against Hillary Clinton for the Democrat nomination in 2008, never received any money from “outside interests” and his campaign was financed through the internet where small donations covered all the cost.

Democrat hopeful Senator Bernie Sanders is emulating Obama in raising money for his bid to win the nomination this time around.

The 2016 presidential election has broken down all predictions and expectations and has become a cyclone that, so far, has wrecked the leadership of the Republican Party and the Washington lobbies of special interest groups as well.

Donald Trump entered the race to promote his name, without expecting to be taken seriously by the Republican voters.

Trump tried to use his son-in-law, who is Jewish and a big real-estate investor, to arrange a trip to Israel, but Netanyahu refused to meet him.

Chris Christie, the Governor of New Jersey, was chosen by Jewish billionaire Sheldon Adelson to be the recipient of his millions to stop Trump in his tracks, but failed and finally became an ardent Trump supporter. along with Sheldon.

In the end, there were only three Republicans left to challenge Trump. Trump has garnered millions of votes — numbers that had never before been witnessed in any Republican Primary in the history of the party.

A last-ditch attempt to stop Trump is being made by the “neo-conservatives”, who are ardent Zionists who had ruled the US for eight years during the presidency of George W. Bush.

William Kristal, the publisher of the Weekly Standard, the mouthpiece for the Republican right-wing, is trying hard to present “a third-party candidate” to run against Trump and the democratic candidate as well. Most observers feel that such a poly to stop Trump is doomed to fail.

When America Israel Public Affairs Committee — the Zionist Lobby totally controlled by Likud — held its annual meeting, all those who were still in the race for nominations at that point in time, with the exception of Sanders, came rushing to kneel at its altar, offering their loyalty and unconditional support for Israel.

Sanders, a Jew, faulted Hillary for seeking advice from “a criminal like Henry Kissinger”, a fellow Jew! Sanders has vowed to stay in the race until convention time.

He is hoping to fill in the slot if Hillary is indicted in the email controversy. The FBI is investigating Hillary for having used her private email server for official purposes during her stint as the US secretary of state.

Hillary has emerged as the only hope to stop Trump from becoming the President of America. Many believe that she can do it provided she brings the Latinos and African-American voters out in large numbers to vote and upset the great surge of support for Trump.

Reports have increased, saying supporters of Sanders will not be voting for Hillary and may instead extend their support to Trump and thereby wreck the establishments of both the parties, along with the lobbies of special interest groups.

Regardless of who holds the key to White House after the November election, he or she must face the stark realities that pose existential threats to the entire western world.

The fight against Daesh (the self-proclaimed Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant) and Al Qaida needs an American commander to lead the battle.

But visualising Trump as the US commander leading the western world in this crucial battle is certain to give any sane human being horrible nightmares, to say the least.
