PIA offers 20 per cent discount on flights to UAE ahead of Eid Al Adha
The airline’s announcement comes as a relief to Pakistani expatriates going on holidays
Dubai: Pakistani expatriates in the UAE are happy as their national carrier has offered 20 per cent discount on tickets ahead of Eid Al Adha holidays.
“We have another discount deal! Offering an amazing 20% discount from Pakistan to UAE (Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai and Sharjah) valid till August 12, 2019. So go on and book your holiday tickets,” Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) announced on its official twitter handle.
In a series of tweets, the national flag carrier announced discounts to a number of other international destinations from Pakistan. It offers 10 per cent discount all the passengers travelling from London to Sialkot from September 24 to November 30.
Passengers will be able to purchase the tickets on a 10 per cent discounted prices for travelling from Pakistan to London till August 10, it added.
The airline also offered 10 per cent discount to senior citizens and students on international and domestic flights.
“The 20 per cent discount by the national carrier will be big relief for families planning to go on holidays back home,” said Khurram Javed, a Pakistani resident in Shajrah. He said that such incentives would encourage families to travel back home during holidays.
Shireen Hassan, a resident in Dubai, said that with this discount offer, she would be able to invite her parents to dubai during Eid holidays. “This is a good news for us,” she added.
