Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid issues directives to rename Al Minhad area as 'Hind City'

Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued instructions to rename Al Menhad area and its surroundings “Hind City”.

The Hind City includes four zones, and is served by major roads, including Emirates Road, Dubai-Al Ain Road and Jebel Ali-Lehbab Road.

The city, which covers an area of 83.9 kilometers, also comprises Emirati housing areas.
