Baghdad: Curfew has been imposed in the capital of Diyala following a suicide attack on the governor's convoy on Tuesday.

Two people were killed and seven wounded when the suicide bomber detonated an explosive vest near Governor Raad Rasheed's convoy as it passed through the capital Baquba.

The governor was not harmed in the attack.
