Boy drowns in Bethlehem family farm pool

Ramallah: A two-year-old boy drowned on Sunday in a pool of water which his family uses for agricultural purposes in Bethlehem. The family members did not notice that the boy had fallen in the pool as they were busy with their work.

The victim Abdullah Khalid Mohammad was playing around and none of his family members noticed his disappearance until they saw him fighting for life in the pool.

Doctors pronounced the boy dead on arrival to the hospital.

Bethlehem police launched an investigation. The police warned the farmers to be alert whenever they are followed by their children to the farms.
