Dubai: Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) announced 225 new confirmed cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) today, pushing the total number of confirmed infections to 124,650.
A total of 216 cases are recorded among community members within Qatar while 9 cases are travellers returning from abroad who are subject to quarantine.

All new cases have been introduced to isolation and are receiving necessary healthcare according to their health status.
No new death was recorded in the past 24 hours. The total number of coronavirus-related deaths to date in Qatar to date is 212.
