Qaboos recieves New Zealand governor general

Muscat: Sultan Qaboos Bin Saeed on Saturday received Lieutenant General Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor General and Commander-in-Chief of New Zealand and his wife Janine.

The two leaders discussed means of promoting relations between the two countries in various fields.

Yousuf Bin Alawi Bin Abdullah, Minister Responsible for Foreign Affairs, Dr Rawiya Bint Saud Al Busaidi, Minister of Higher Education and Ahmad Bin Nasser Al Meherzi, Minister of Tourism were also present.
