Man arrested after firing gun in Kuwait newsroom

Manama: Police in Kuwait arrested a man for firing two bullets in the reception room of Arabic daily Al Rai on Sunday morning.

The Kuwaiti national, 34, said that he had repeatedly sought the publication of a complaint, but the paper has ignored it, security sources told Al Aan news website.

The police are looking into how he obtained the gun. No one was hurt in the incident.
