Madrid: Spanish police have found an Al Qaida manual on the internet that describes how to operate car bombs by remote control, Spanish radio reported on Monday.
The training manual for Al Qaida in Europe was put together in June, Cadena Ser radio reported, quoting police sources.
Cadena Ser said the manual described how to target the "military command structures of the enemies of Islam" without resorting to suicide attacks.
Police and interior ministry spokesmen said they were unable to confirm or deny the report.
