Seoul: South Korea's worst outbreak of bird flu has spread to the capital, agriculture ministry officials said on Tuesday.

Four dead birds raised at a Seoul district government office had tested positive.

The city has culled all birds at the site and was limiting access to a nearby zoo.

South Korea has culled more than five million chickens and ducks but the virus is still spreading. South Korea has confirmed 24 cases of bird flu in about a month.
