Islamabad: Homemade meal delivery services have been gaining popularity in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad as most of people prefer to eat healthy, quality food.
Most customers, especially the working class, are concerned about their health and they say affordable home-cooked meals are also delicious.
Saba Ahmed a cook said “most of the customers are working class or bachelors who usually have no time to cook due to their hectic routines”.
She said demand for homemade meals was growing due to high standards of hygiene and wide choice of meals available.
“Some of customers demand less oily food, with salt, and I cater for their needs”, she said.
She added that “customers give positive feedback, which is very encouraging for me”.
Homemade meals are gaining popularity as they get to customers’ doorsteps within a short time”, she said.
“Ordering homemade meals on my busy routine is the only option for me,” one customer said.
