Billionaire Gautam Adani’s son, Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airports, married Diva Jaimin Shah in a private Jain ceremony at Ahmedabad’s Shantigram township on Friday, attended by close family and friends, with no celebrity guests.

"Mr. and Mrs. Adani – To infinity and beyond!" Jeet Adani posted on social media today.

Gautam Adani also shared his joy on X, stating, "With the blessings of Almighty God, Jeet and Diva tied the sacred knot today. It was a small, private function, and I apologise for not being able to invite all well-wishers."

Despite the private nature of the event, a heartwarming video from the ceremony has gone viral. In the video, Diva Shah is seen walking down the aisle in a beautiful maroon and ivory lehenga, while Jeet Adani awaits her with a smile.

Adani pledges Rs100 billion for social causes

Marking the occasion, Gautam Adani announced a personal donation of Rs10,000 crore (Rs 100 billion) towards healthcare, education, and skill development. The funds will support world-class hospitals, medical colleges, K-12 schools, and skill academies with guaranteed employability. This contribution is separate from the Adani Group’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Adani, India’s second-richest man with a net worth of $71.3 billion (Bloomberg Rich List), also launched ‘Mangal Seva,’ a program offering Rs1 million financial aid to 500 newly married women with disabilities annually. Jeet Adani met 21 such couples to inaugurate the initiative.

Wedding rooted in simplicity

The wedding took place at the Belvedere Club in Adani Shantigram township. Contrary to speculation, Gautam Adani had earlier clarified at the Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj that it would not be a star-studded event, stating, "We are like common people. Jeet came here to take Ma Ganga's blessings. His marriage will be simple and traditional."

Through his significant philanthropic gesture, Adani emphasized “Seva Over Self,” redefining how personal milestones can be celebrated with meaningful social impact.
