US military aircraft crashes in Iraq

Ramadi, Iraq: A US military aircraft carrying U.S. service members crashed in western Iraq, the US Central Command said in a statement on Thursday.

“Rescue teams are responding to the scene of the downed aircraft at this time,” the statement said, adding that further details were not immediately available.
