Thai expat in Dubai wins Dh100K in UAE Lottery, plans family reunion

Dubai: A 31-year-old Thai expat living in Dubai has hit won Dh100,000 in the UAE Lottery’s Lucky Day category.
Soe Kyaw Thu, who has been a UAE resident for nearly two years, said the win couldn’t have come at a better time.
