‘A gesture of trust’: GDRFA Dubai lauds Sheikh Mohammed for honouring its heroes

Dubai: The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has expressed its heartfelt gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, for ordering the promotion of a group of senior officers, non-commissioned officers, and staff in recognition of their dedication to national service.

Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA Dubai, praised Sheikh Mohammed’s ongoing support and visionary leadership, saying it continues to inspire the Directorate’s team and drive a culture of excellence and innovation.

“This trust from our wise leadership is a great honour and a powerful motivation to serve our nation with even greater dedication,” Al Marri said, adding that Dubai’s global position as a forward-looking hub for business and tourism is rooted in such visionary leadership.

He congratulated those promoted and urged them to uphold their responsibilities, maintain high standards, and continue contributing to the Directorate’s mission of excellence.
