Upscale Istanbul project gets first airing at Cityscape

Dubai: A $2.7 billion (Dh9.9 billion) project in Istanbul, Sea Pearl Atakoy, has managed to garner attention at Cityscape, according to the developer. “We waited a long time before presenting our project as we wanted to showcase our project for the first time here,” said Ozen Kuzu, board member of Kuzu Group. “The show gave us a fantastic networking platform to engage with potential investors.” It will feature 1,474 apartments and a five-star hotel.
