UAE team to participate in Polish hot air balloon festival

Abu Dhabi: The UAE Hot Air Ballooning Team which aims to promote the sport of hot air ballooning in the Middle East and around the world, has expressed its appreciation for the support of Lieutenant General Shaikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Interior.

The team announced in a press conference held in Abu Dhabi that it will participate in the Polish Balloon festival to be held in northern Poland. The event starts on July 11.

Relations

The UAE team will participate under the banner of its international tours - The World Will Not Forget You, Zayed.

Abdul Aziz Al Mansoury, head of the team, said this participation helps create greater ties between UAE youths and the youths abroad.

The festival is being conducted by the Polish Balloon Authority and the Balloon club in Tshahroud. Many international teams are taking part. The UAE team is getting ready to enter a special training camp.
