Russia's Lukoil to build 1.6 mln bpd pipeline to south Iraq port
BAGHDAD, June 5 (Reuters) - Russia's Lukoil will build an oil pipeline with a capacity of 1.6 mln barrels per day (bpd) to Iraq's southern port of Faw, oil minister Abdulkareem Luaibi said on Thursday.
Luaibi told reporters the pipeline will extend to Faw port from the Tuba tank farm. A second pipeline could increase overall capacity to 3.2 million bpd, he added.
