Dubai: Temporary traffic restrictions will be implemented by Ajman Police during the morning of Sunday, November 23, for the Ajman Cycling Race. Drivers should seek alternative routes as closures are expected across key roads.

Ajman Police have confirmed that scheduled closures will run from 6.15 am to 930am, impacting Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Street. This spans the section from Al Zawraa Roundabout to the exit point at Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, cutting off traffic flow in both directions during these hours. The arrangement has been put in place to safeguard those competing and all other road users throughout the event period.

Officials have urged members of the public to follow guidance and divert via other routes where possible. Clear signage and an official map have been distributed, highlighting the impacted streets to assist motorists planning their journeys.

Ajman Police have restated their focus on the safety and wellbeing of the community, stating, "Your safety is our goal and Your happiness is our desire."
