Ministry to support Careers UAE 2007

Dubai: The Ministry of Labour is to officially support the Careers UAE 2007 Exhibition, to be held at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from March 13 to 15 to boost the emiratisation process.

Dr Ali Bin Abdullah Al Ka'abi, Minister of Labour, announced yesterday during a meeting with Hilal Saeed Al Merri, Director-General of Dubai World Trade Centre, the ministry's support for the Careers UAE 2007 Exhibition, reinforcing the government's emiratisation efforts.

"I am delighted to extend support to Careers UAE 2007 as an event that will help the development of UAE youths. The exhibition will offer UAE nationals a chance to acquire suitable jobs and prove their worth," said Al Ka'abi.

The Emirates Nationals Development Programme (Tanmia), the Higher Colleges of Technology, Zayed University and UAE University will also provide their full support for the event.
