‘I haven't done anything for my parents, wife or family. Hopefully, I can do something’
Dubai: An Indian expat based in Dubai has got lucky, winning a cool Dh100,000 through a Scratch Cards game of the UAE Lottery.
It has been an unexpected windfall for Gokul Rajeshwaran.
“It was a very surprising moment when I won that number,” he said, referring to his game.
“I plan to use it wisely so that we have a better future and everything,” said Rajeshwaran, while hoping the win will set the wheels in motion for a brighter future.
His first goal?
“I have to take my driving license. So, it will help me.”
But his plans go far beyond just personal milestones. He aims to use a part of the prize money to finally give back to those who’ve supported him along the way.
“I have not done anything for my parents, my wife or family members. Hopefully, I can do something for them,” he added, highlighting how such lottery wins help individuals improve their lives and fulfil long-held dreams of supporting loved ones.
