Dubai: Zimbabwean minister Dr Anxious Jongwe Masuka won the Best Minister Award at World Governments Summit in Dubai on Thursday.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, honoured Dr Masuka, Minister of Lands. Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development in Zimbabwe.
He was honoured for his contributions to agricultural development and food security.
