Sheikh Mohammed visits IDEX 2025

Abu Dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited IDEX 2025, where he toured the exhibition and expressed his deep pride in the participation of national companies.

On his X account, Sheikh Mohammed stated: “During my visit to the International Defence Exhibition (IDEX) in Abu Dhabi, where more than 1,500 companies from 65 countries are showcasing the latest technologies in military systems, air and land defence, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more. We take great pride in the participation of our national companies in the military and defence industries, presenting their latest systems at the exhibition.

EDGE has launched more than 46 new systems during the event. The company employs over 14,000 professionals, operates in 91 countries worldwide, and generates annual sales exceeding $5 billion. It is ranked among the top 25 military companies globally.”

Sheikh Mohammed added: “Driven by the vision of my brother, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President, our nation is experiencing its golden era.
