His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Friday in a tweet called on all communities and government bodies to mark UAE Flag Day on November 3 by a unified flag raising campaign at 11am.
