Mohammad Bin Rashid appoints director-general of community development authority

Dubai: His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, yesterday (Monday) issued a decree appointing Ahmad Abdul Karim Mohammad Julfar as director-general of Dubai’s Community Development Authority.

Decree No 45 of 2016 comes into effect from the date of its issuance and is to be published in the Official Gazette.

Julfar previously served as the Group Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Telecommunications Corporation from August 2011 to March 9, 2016.
