Man falls out of armoured vehicle used to transport cash in Dubai Media City

Dubai: A man sustained severe head injuries when he fell out of an armoured vehicle used to transport cash on Monday.

The man fell out of the vehicle when the driver was taking a turn in Media City.

Major General Anas Al Matroushi, Director of the Transport and Rescue Department at Dubai Police, said when ambulances reached the man, they realised that his injuries were critical and contacted the Air Wing at 2.16pm.

“The Air Wing reached the man at 2.28pm and he was immediately taken to Rashid Hospital for treatment,” he said.
