Rain and thunderstorm expected in the UAE on Friday

Al Ain: Cold spell continued in the country. Al Ain was the coldest city in the country on Thursday morning with temperature dipping down to six degree Celsius, while Jebel Jais in Ras Al Khaimah was the coldest area in the UAE with temperature dipping to just 1.4 degree Celsius.

Meteorologists are expecting another wave of bad weather to set in by Friday evening, with rain and thunderstorms all over the emirates and hailstorm in some areas.

Daytime temperatures are expected to rise beyond 22 degree Celsius in some cities. Partly cloudy skies could turn cloudy by night in some cities.
