Light showers expected in UAE during weekend

Dubai: The UAE is expected to have light showers on Friday and Saturday, according to the Dubai Meteorological Office.

"There are chances of isolated showers all over the UAE, with no heavy thunderstorm or lightning," a duty forecaster said.

The weather is expected to be cool during the mornings, with a maximum temperature of 24 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 19 degrees Celsius during the night.

The duty forecaster reported that no strong winds are expected. No marine warning has been issued so far.
