Eight cars damaged in Karama fire

Dubai: Eight cars were damaged when a fire broke out in the parking lot of a building in Karama on Wednesday night.

A spokesperson at Dubai Civil Defence said one car was destroyed.

No injuries were reported.

He said the fire started in the electric switchboard of an adjacent building and it took half an hour for firefighters to put it out.
