Commemorative stamps issued to mark Hamdan award

Dubai: Emirates Post has issued a set of commemorative stamps to mark the 10th anniversary of Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance.

The stamps, issued in denominations of Dh1 and Dh2, will be available at all post offices in the UAE.

In addition, First Day Covers of Dh4 each are available at the philatelic counters of Karama, Deira and Abu Dhabi post offices.

"Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic Performance represents ultimate recognition for professionals from the field of education. It has grown in prestige and scope over the past few years," said Ebrahim Bin Karam, CEO of Emirates Post.
