445 firms from 35 countries to take part in Abu Dhabi hunting expo

Abu Dhabi: Around 445 companies from 35 countries will take part in the fifth Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (Abu Dhabi 2008), said Mohammad Khalaf Al Mazrouei, president of the organising committee, during a press conference on Wednesday.

"The exhibition will have many events that have proved successful in the past and have become world-renowned, like falcon and dog beauty contest, horse and camel auctions, competitions for research and inventions, poetry, painting and photography," said Al Mazrouei.

The exhibition, organised by the Emirates Falconers Club, will kick off in October.
