Prosser and Subiah clinch Foursomes

Despite a series of missed putts, the dangerous pairing of A. B. Subiah and Keith Prosser strolled to victory in the Emirates Golf Club Summer Foursomes event played on Friday.

In trying seasonal conditions, 24 pairs took to the Majlis Course. Subiah & Prosser, playing from the 8th hole, played confidently and scored nine pars and two birdies in a gross score of 78.

Their final score of net 70 was good enough to win by a clear stroke from their nearest rivals.

Collecting second place, by virtue of a better last-6 holes was Ivan Fornazaric & Patrick Mulligan.

Ivan, a regular on the podium, was well supported by Patrick as they returned an excellent net 71 that featured a crucial birdie on the 18th hole.
