Take your tot along to the Urban Energy Fitness classes, which are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at Kids HQ in Al Barsha! Based in this spacious and friendly play area, the group workout happens in a studio to the side of the soft play area, and little ones are able to wander in and out to see mum, while being cared for by the well trained and attentive staff at Kids HQ. SIGN UP TO A BLOOM BABY CLASS: Bloom’s classes provide highly researched baby development programmes for babies from six weeks of age to 14 months, held at various locations across Dubai.
