The closure begins on Monday, August 24, and will remain in place until Saturday, August 29, while maintenance and road improvement work is carried out.
The authority said the affected section of Ali bin Abi Talib Street would be closed within the designated work zone, with motorists directed to alternative internal roads around Al Bardi 4.
A traffic diversion plan identifies the closed section in red and alternative routes in green, allowing drivers to reach surrounding areas without entering the work zone.
Motorists will still be able to access destinations within Al Bardi 4 through the surrounding internal road network, with routes varying according to their destination.
The authority urged drivers to follow temporary road signs and approved diversions and not to enter lanes reserved for maintenance crews.
It said compliance with the diversions would help protect motorists and workers while keeping traffic moving safely and efficiently during the six-day closure.
