UAE residents who are stuck outside the UAE can register with the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA).

If you are stranded outside the UAE, you need to fill out the form on the ICA website.

The entry for your name in Arabic will automatically be filled in as long as you have provided the correct information earlier.

Step 2: Upload documents
