INGREDIENTS

Bread crumbs
Tomato paste
Chilli paste
Garlic
walnuts
Pistachio
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Ice cubes
Olive oil
Fresh labneh

PREPARATION

In a mixer, put all the ingredients and mix well until you get a thick consistency.

Shape the mohamara into a roll with sprinkles of pistachio.

Slice into serving pieces.

Arrange the sliced pieces on a plate and garnish with fresh labneh.
