SCALINI’S NEW VEGAN DISHES: Scalini located at the Restaurant Village, Four Seasons Resort, Jumeirah welcomes guests to indulge in a new selection of satisfying plant-based dishes. Executive Chef Giuseppe Giampietro has curated his menu to ensure that all tastes and dietary preferences are catered for. Using beautifully fresh and seasonal ingredients, each dish encapsulates the art of classic Italian mealtimes. From 12pm daily, guests can enjoy lunch and dinner within the serene Amalfi-inspired terrace or the contemporary Italian-style interior and can choose from an array of Vegan friendly dishes. The Mista Scalini made with crisp lettuce, ripe cherry tomatoes, endive leaves, and avocado is the perfect appetizer whilst the mouth-watering Mista Quinoa, with quinoa, avocado, sun dried tomatoes, carrots & baked shallots, served with an emulsified corn sauce. Those looking for hearty antipasti, should try the Minestrone Soup, prepared with seasonal vegetables. Main courses include the traditional Penne Arrabiata and the Paccheri Zia Maria, with large, tubed pasta, originating from Campania. Diners can also choose from a selection of plant-based side dishes, including Mixed Sauteed Mushrooms, Spinach with garlic & chilli, French Fries with shavings of truffle. Dishes start from Dh35.
